We take a cautious, transparent approach to the use of artificial intelligence in translation and localisation. AI‑enabled tools may be used where appropriate to support productivity, consistency or turnaround times and where their use has been agreed with the client or aligns with the agreed scope of service. AI does not replace professional judgement.
All client content remains confidential, is handled in secure environments, and is subject to human review and quality assurance. We do not permit the use of client materials for the training of public or uncontrolled AI systems.
We maintain a comprehensive internal AI policy governing acceptable use, supplier obligations and compliance with data protection and emerging AI regulations.
