Creative transcreation across global campaigns, events and experiential platforms
The challenge
- Large-scale brand and product launch events
- Live and virtual broadcasts
- Experiential environments and exhibitions
- Technical and engineering documentation
- Legal and contractual frameworks
Content is often produced at pace, frequently under tight deadlines and always under strict confidentiality requirements, particularly for embargoed automotive launches and other activations. Materials range from product launch scripts, UI and interactive exhibition content, engineering and architectural reports and technical specifications to NDAs and contractual agreements.
These projects often involve multilingual delivery across several global regions, including Europe, the Americas, the Far East and the Middle East.
For Imagination, that means ensuring consistent communication across live, digital and static outputs, while adapting content quickly as campaigns, events and client requirements evolve. Maintaining coherence across such diverse material – without compromising accuracy, tone or confidentiality – is critical.
Our approach
We established a coordinated language support model designed to help Imagination deliver complex multilingual programmes with consistency, speed and control. Each project is supported by linguists with relevant sector expertise, backed by revisors with equivalent subject-matter knowledge, so that translations are not only accurate but also suitable for the format, audience and market in which they will be used.
We work closely with Imagination’s teams in London, as well as with in-country teams who verify translations locally. This creates a structured feedback loop: changes, preferences and market-specific comments are captured, shared with the translation team and built into future work so that knowledge is retained and applied consistently across programmes.
To support that continuity, we use dedicated translation memory systems, with a bespoke memory maintained for each client, alongside terminology databases that help preserve approved language, product references and recurring campaign wording across regions, formats and delivery phases.
Multiformat campaign support
- Helping campaign teams maintain clear, consistent messaging across campaign materials, event copy and interactive content
- Supporting localisation pipelines and structured translation formats so content can move efficiently through production workflows
- Using approved terminology and client-specific translation memories to keep campaign language aligned across markets
Event and broadcast delivery
- Delivering transcription and multilingual versions of live and recorded broadcasts so content can be reused accurately across regions and channels
- Supporting automotive showcase content, including product presentations and strategy communications, while preserving the intended tone and messaging
Technical and experiential content
- Translating engineering materials including Ford Cube analysis and ballast summary reports, helping technical teams work from clear, reliable multilingual documentation
- Adapting structured UI and exhibition content so visitor-facing copy remains accurate, usable and consistent within interactive environments
Legal and confidential documentation
- Processing NDAs and contractual material with the accuracy and care required for legal and commercial documentation
- Maintaining secure handling of embargoed product information and restricted assets throughout the translation process
Project-scale flexibility
- Managing grouped files through batch-based workflows so related materials can be processed efficiently and consistently
- Providing rapid response capability when tight turnaround times are created by complex local sign-off processes in the country or location where an event is being held
The result
-
- Clear multilingual communication across campaigns, events, broadcasts and technical outputs
- Greater consistency of tone, terminology and approved wording across languages, markets and formats
- Reliable delivery under high-pressure timelines, including projects affected by complex local approval processes
- A stronger feedback loop between London teams, in-country reviewers and the translation team
- Secure handling of confidential, embargoed and legally sensitive materials
A coordinated language strategy gives Imagination a dependable framework for multilingual delivery across global automotive programmes. By combining specialist linguists, client-specific translation memories, terminology management and feedback from both London and in-country teams, we help ensure that approved wording and market-specific refinements are retained, shared and applied across future work.
