Supporting multilingual advocacy, legal and campaign communications across complex, high-impact content
The challenge
Amnesty International operates in a highly complex, fast-moving environment where clear communication is critical. The organisation produces a wide range of content, spanning public campaigns, press and media outputs, legal documentation, event materials and internal communications.
We work predominantly with the German section of Amnesty, and we have also supported the main head office with event content. Materials often address sensitive issues such as human rights violations, government policy and legal challenges, requiring absolute accuracy, consistency and confidentiality. Content is created for diverse audiences, including the public, media, stakeholders and legal entities, and frequently needs to be delivered across multiple languages and formats.
The volume and variety of material – including campaign documents, press releases, petitions, contracts, event invitations and interview content – create significant operational pressure. In addition, urgent translation requests and tight turnaround times demand a flexible and reliable language partner capable of supporting both planned campaigns and reactive communications.
Our approach
